Studio Elida was founded by Chenise Elida, a DMV and NYC native with deep roots in both design and real estate. With experience as a real estate agent in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Chenise holds an MFA in Interior Design and brings years of hands-on staging experience in both the DMV and New York. Her background gives Studio Elida a unique perspective—where market strategy and beautiful design meet.

FOUNDER + LEAD STAGER & DESIGNER

Chenise Elida is the founder and creative force behind Studio Elida. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Prince George’s County, MD, she brings a unique blend of urban sophistication and southern warmth to every project. With an MFA in Interior Design, a background in graphic design, and a real estate license in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Chenise bridges the gap between beautiful design and market strategy.

Before launching Studio Elida, Chenise worked with staging firms in both the DMV and New York, honing her eye for creating spaces that not only look amazing—but sell. Her approach to staging and design is warm, elevated, and full of personality, pulling from mid-century, modern, and contemporary influences. She’s passionate about helping clients—whether they’re homeowners, realtors, or investors—present properties in the best possible light, with design that feels intentional, stylish, and lived-in.
