Our goal is to design homes that not only photograph beautifully but also evoke an emotional connection the moment someone steps through the door.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU WORK WITH US.

Begin by clicking the “Get Started” button and completing our staging request form. Share a few essential details about your property, and our team will review your submission.
A preview of the property (in-person or virtual) may be necessary before a proposal can be completed. -
We’ll prepare a personalized staging proposal designed to highlight the full potential of your home.
Additional rooms beyond our standard package are itemized separately, allowing you to adjust the scope to meet your specific goals and budget.

Once you’ve reviewed your proposal and are ready to move forward, simply e-sign the agreement and submit payment to reserve your staging installation date on our calendar.

On the scheduled date, our designer and staging team will install carefully curated furnishings, artwork, and accessories to transform the space.
Most installations are completed within a day; however, larger properties may require two days to ensure every detail is perfected.

We’ll contact you at least five business days before your rental term ends with the option to extend or schedule destaging. Renewals may be extended for 30-day or 2-week increments.
Our team will then return to professionally remove all staging items and leave the property broom-swept and ready for closing. Please note we do not offer partial or prorated rental terms.
