  • Our standard staging rental term is four weeks, with the option to renew in two-week increments if needed.

    We do not offer partial or prorated rental terms.

  • No, we specialize in vacant home staging, but we do offer pre-sale consultations to help homeowners prepare their home for sale. During an online or on-site visit, we’ll look at your home and provide a detailed checklist with recommendations—paint colors, small upgrades to boost value, decluttering tips, and ideas for furniture and art placement.   • Once your staging proposal is reviewed and signed, we’ll lock in your preferred installation date. Dates are first come, first served—so we can’t hold a spot until the paperwork is complete.

  • We currently stage properties in Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and select areas of Montgomery and Prince George’s County in Maryland.
